1. Overview
At ClinicCRM, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which we issue refunds for our subscription plans. By subscribing to ClinicCRM, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Free Trial Period
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial. No charges are made during the trial period, and therefore no refund is applicable for trial accounts.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan after your free trial and are not satisfied with ClinicCRM, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to plan renewals or upgrades.
- Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the first charge
- Applies to first-time subscribers only — not renewals
- Full refund of the amount charged will be issued
- Refund will be returned to the original payment method
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the following month
- Partial refunds for unused days in a billing period are not provided
- No refunds are issued for monthly renewals after the 14-day guarantee window
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate and can be cancelled at any time. Please note:
- Full refund is available within the 14-day money-back guarantee window
- After 14 days, refunds are not provided for the remaining months of the annual period
- Access to the platform continues until the end of the paid annual period
- Exceptional cases (e.g., critical service failure on our part) will be reviewed individually
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- SMS credit top-ups
- Add-on purchases (additional users, locations, etc.)
- Subscription renewals after the 14-day guarantee window
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:
- Send an email to support@cliniccrm.net with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
