1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service regulate the conditions for using the ClinicCRM platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
ClinicCRM is an appointment management system developed for health and beauty clinics. The platform provides services through web and mobile applications.
2. Service Scope
ClinicCRM offers the following services:
- Online appointment management and calendar system
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Automatic SMS and email notifications
- Payment and invoice tracking
- Reporting and analysis tools
- Multi-location and staff management
- API integrations
3. Account Creation and Security
You need to create an account to use the platform. When creating an account:
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information
- You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
- You must report immediately if you notice unauthorized access to your account
ClinicCRM cannot be held responsible for damages caused by negligence in account security.
4. Usage Rules
When using the platform, you must comply with the following rules:
- Act in accordance with laws and regulations
- Respect the rights of third parties
- Avoid activities that could compromise platform security
- Not share spam or harmful content
- Not perform reverse engineering or source code analysis
- Not resell or sublicense the platform
5. Payment and Billing
Platform services are offered with a paid subscription model:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are stated including VAT
- Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer
- Annual payments receive a discount
- Invoices are issued electronically
Service may be suspended if payment is not made. If payment is not made within 30 days, the account and data may be deleted.
6. Free Trial
New users can take advantage of a 30-day free trial:
- All features can be used during the trial period
- No credit card information required
- If subscription is not started after the trial period, the account will be suspended
- Each user is entitled to only one trial
7. Cancellation and Refund
Our subscription cancellation and refund policy:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time in annual subscriptions
- Full refund is provided for cancellations within the first 7 days
- Refund requests should be made to support@cliniccrm.net
8. Intellectual Property
The platform and all its content (software, design, logos, texts) are the intellectual property of ClinicCRM.
- Can only use the platform for their own business
- Cannot copy or distribute content
- Cannot use trademarks without permission
- Cannot modify the platform
9. Data Ownership
Data you upload to the platform (customer information, appointments, etc.) belongs to you. ClinicCRM:
- Uses data only for service delivery
- Does not share with third parties (except legal requirements)
- Provides export upon request after subscription ends
- Stores and backs up securely
10. Service Level
ClinicCRM targets 99.9% uptime. However:
- Planned maintenance is announced in advance
- Force majeure (natural disaster, cyber attack, etc.) is excluded
- Technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Users are informed about prolonged outages
11. Liability Limits
- Does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation
- Not responsible for damages caused by user errors
- Cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the last 12 months subscription fee paid
12. Changes
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Important changes:
- Will be announced at least 30 days in advance
- Will be notified by email
- You can cancel your subscription if you do not accept
13. Applicable Law
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
